• Your Number Information: This menu enables dtac customers to conveniently check their current promotion, actual usage (for postpaid subscribers) or call credit balance and validity date (for prepaid subscribers) including Happy Bonus and dtac Bonus balances.

• VAS Usage: dtac internet or Happy internet/SMS/MMS: With this smart menu, dtac customers can easily check their VAS charges. Postpaid subscribers can check their actual usage of dtac I internet, SMS and MMS while prepaid subscribers can check the VAS balance and validity date of their registered VAS packages.
