The app has three main functions 1) to allow a quick pre-set txt to your named contacts 2) where am I, which will allow your text to show where you are and 3) progress and expected finish times, ideal for runners, bikers and car journeys. It allows you to give itermediate progress texts, if you wish and an expected finish time. Ideal for friends and family to know how your run or biking is going and an estimate of when you will be back. Allows them some freedom to do other things but be back for your finish. The app has a continuously updating screen for the user as well.

The "When will I finish" option also allows you to set a distance in KM or Miles but the readout then shows both measures. You have a choice of progress texts every quarter, half, three-quarters and on finish. Another useful feature is when you reach your distance the app stops leaving a complete readout of your journey. Useful when running 10Ks saving you having to fumble around to switch it off.
