To prevent this from happening, you need to backup your data often by using the "Import/Export Data" feature within the app. This will make a backup that you can email to yourself as often as you need. Please ensure you do this PRIOR to agreeing to install any iOS upgrade. Once you have upgraded the operating system, you can re-import your data and continue on with all your information intact.If you need any help with this, please contact us. Also, we have had a few users report repeatedly losing their data. In these cases, the app had been somehow damaged. If this happens to you, you need to backup your data, delete the app and download it again. We know that loss of data in an application is a serious issue and we are working on a better way to preserve data in the future.
