iFasting is the NUMBER ONE monthly holism and alternative medicine magazine, covering topics as fasting for quick weight loss, water fasting, juicing with fruits and vegetables, body-wide and organ-specific detox cleansing (colon cleansing, liver, kidney detoxification), structured calorie restriction diets for ongoing fat loss and health improvement, as well as dry fasting, spiritual fasting, intermittent fasting.

Here's how this works:

The application download is free and includes access to my Facebook Fan Page where I constantly post content from my blog. The free install also includes access to a private fasting forum where one can receive much motivation and inspiration to follow their goals. In the app's second tab, where I talk a little about myself, you will see some links, one of which is to a private Facebook group for fasting and alternative therapies. That forum is growing quite fast and I invite you to join us. The Free app also has a menu button that takes you to my YouTube channel where you can see an increasing number of related videos.

The Magazine Subscription

At the heart of the application is the FastingOlogy alternative medicine magazine. You have the option to subscribe for $1.99 per month. To subscribe, simply click go to the first tab in the application and click on the magazine cover or the 'Download Now' Button. Each magazine will be 20 yo 25 pages in length and will be packed with detailed information and alternative medicine tricks, tips and techniques

Each edition will be published monthly on the FIFTH day of the month.

Let's look at the subscription process in detail:

Title of publication; FastingOlogy : Fasting for Quick Weight Loss and Detoxification

1. Length of subscription: The subscription lasts as long as you want it to. You aren't 'tied into' anything. As long as you enjoy the magazine and the work we do together, you remain subscribed.

2. If at any time you wish to cancel, you can do so by going to "My Apps" on Google Play and opening the FastingOlogy application page. Scroll the page down to "My App Subscriptions." There, you will see: "You are currently subscribed for $1.99 per month." Right underneath, you'll see the 'Cancel' button.

.3. Even after ONE payment, you receive access to ALL of the FastingOlogy issues released. If, for example, you subscribe after ten issues have been released, you have immediate access to ALL of them.

4. The initial $1.99 payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

5. Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. In other words, if your monthly payment date is the 15th of the month, you must cancel by the 14th.

6. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. What this basically means is that, if you paid for a subscription for, say, March, you can't 'cancel' the subscription during that period because you already paid for it.

7. I offer a seven day free trial of the magazine.

8. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. What this means is that, if you are on day three of the trial and decide that you love the magazine and subscribe, your status would change from free trial member to active.

9. By downloading, installing and subscribing to FastingOlogy, you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
