iSpotAnError is a new tool to empower users and customers to submit pictures of Software Screenshots, Equipment, and/or Vehicles that aren't working exactly as designed or are simply broke. The iSpotAnError app allows iPhone users to gather a picture, GPS location, text, and verbal descriptions and formulate them into a simple and concise email report. The user can then email these reports directly to the Support Center.

My inspiration behind this product came from users at work being unable to capture screenshots on thin clients and often resorted to taking pictures with their cell phones and MMS'ing them to my phone for technical support.
