The target is what you as a tech will want to hit in order to bring the lowest dose to the patient while getting a diagnostic image. With each system the user is provided with a document with instructions on how to use proper radiographic procedures and formulas. This document can be accessed by pressing the small blue circle i next to the displayed target exposure indicator number range on the answer screen. The purpose of iSupertech is to put radiographic techniques and proper technique adjustment at the tip of the technologist fingers. The technologist will find the techniques, Exposure Indicators numbers and Target E.I’s very useful and helpful. With correct technique and accurate positioning the technologist should be able to get the image correct the first time.
