A 4 mile circular walk along the coast from Polzeath past a number of small coves with pinstripe rocks to the vast sandy beach at Daymer Bay, returning through the dunes past St Enodoc Church which was once so deeply buried in the sand that entrance for services was through the roof.

The walk starts at Polzeath beach and follows the coast path, known as "The Greenaway", above a number of small beaches with pretty purple-and-green striped rocks. There are also many rockpools to explore at low tide. The route leads around Trebetherick Point and descends onto the beach at Daymer Bay before heading through the sand dunes to St Enodoc Church. The route then loops inland, across fields and golf courses, back to Polzeath.
