lyt: LED Flashlight is a simple app which uses your smartphone camera flash as a torch. lyt is stuffed with features.

It has

>Normal Flashlight Mode, which uses camera flash as flashlight

>Display Torch Mode, which turns your display in to flashlight source

>Duo Flash Mode, which allows you to use your camera flash and display as light source at the same time.

>Strobe Light Mode, which allows to strobe the camera flash. Stobe light in different time intervals.

>Color Display Mode, which allows you to have a multi-color display torch

>Screen Strobe Mode, which allows you to use the screen for strobe lighting.

>Flash Notification, pulsating Flash notification for incoming calls.

>Widget support, handy for turning on/off the flash.

lyt also turns on the flashlight automatically as you opens the app. In order to reduce the impact on battery, while flashlight is on, lyt reduces the screen brightness automatically. So lyt is battery friendly. The screen brightness is reset once flashlight is turned off.

lyt is simple by design, small in size and contain additional lyts. lyt only asks for required permissions such as

> permission to take pictures and videos : Don't worry, this is required for operating your phone's flash as a torch

> permission to control flashlight : This is required for operating your phone's flash as a torch

>permission to read phone status & identity : In order to provide flashlight notifications, app need to listen for phone status. Don't worry, we are not collecting any data.

lyt is free of cost and ad-free, :)

Please note that lyt is not still compatible with Camera2 API that comes with some phones having Android 5.0 . So it is likely that lyt will not function properly on those device's.
