Telkomsel Mobile Service Desk is a new mobile application that allows you as a Telkomsel employees to submit complaint or request related to Telkomsel IT Services without having to contact IT Service Desk directly. Telkomsel Mobile Service Desk is a secure and may be access through internet access without using TSEL APN.

Secure Log in for Telkomsel employees only (by using domain user).
2. Create Ticket
User allows to create complaint or request ticket and track the status of the ticket.
3. Reset Domain Password
Users may to change his/her domain password.
4. Unlock Domain User
User may to unlock his/her domain user.
5. Reset HRIS Password
User may to change his/her HRIS password.
6. IT Service Catalog
User also able to view IT Service Catalog and any updates from IT.
7. IT Service Monitoring
User can view IT Service Monitoring Dashboard
8. Employee Directory
Users allows to search and view Telkomsel employees contact and save it to his/her contact/phonebook.
9. Call Service Desk Agent
Allows users to direct call IT Service Desk for further assistance.
10. Chat with Service Desk Agent
Users may chat with IT Service Desk Agent for personal assistance.
