The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) introduces the milConnect mobile phone application. milConnect mobile allows military members and their families to find general information from one reliable source. Currently developed for the Android Smartphone, the Beta release allows users to locate RAPIDS sites (where military members receive new ID cards), find contact information for TRICARE Regional Offices, review a searchable section of the most FAQ’s, and login with a Department of Defense Self-Service Logon to change their address in DEERS or change their TRICARE enrollments. Subsequent releases will allow users to perform more self-service functions.
