INTRO:-

This app lets you:-

1. Follow your friends location address.

2. Shows your current address in google map. You can save or send it to your friends mobile or to a tablet using a userid or use it for GPS navigation. If your friends are not using this app you can send your address as SMS.

3. Enter a location address and it shows the aerial distance from your present location. You can save/send it.

Please enable GPS for exact location.

CONNECTION:-

This app uses data connection either with the Mobile Networks or Wifi. This works on GSM/CDMA mobiles or tablets.

USERID:-

The app communicates using a userid, which can be your mobile number in case of phones or user defined name in case of tablets.

When you open myMapbook for the first time, the mobile number get automatically registered in case of phones and for tablets the user is prompted to enter a userid (combination of characters and numbers only).

Note: For some mobiles the mobile number will not get automatically registered , for those phones the user is prompted to enter a userid.

And whenever you open the app it show a message as "Your userid is [xx]". xx is your userid, which should be used by others to send requests to you.

CAUTION:-

1. Once you start the app wait for ~30 seconds to get the GPS activated. else press Home to refresh or switch off/on GPS.

2. Except for sending address by SMS, for all other requests make sure your friends are using myMapBook app.

3. Your follow list gets updated even when the app is running in the background.

TESTED:-

Android version -tested with 4.1 and above , it may work with 3.0 and above.

Mobiles- Google Nexus, ASUS tab, Samsung Galaxy-Tab/Exhibit/S5, LG , HTC Desire,Huwae.

You may use this app for...:-

1.Follow the location address of your dear ones and know how much aerial distance (mi or km) are they from your present location.

2. Shows the address of the location where you are currently present.

3. Save the present location and share it with your friends. This can be your favorite restaurants, stores or any interesting places you visited.

4. Apart from sending your already saved location addresses, you can send your present location to let someone know where you are currently present.

5. Suppose you loose your phone, you can know the last updated location from your friends phone.

6. If your dear ones are travelling you can know where they are currently located.

7. You can communicate your location address with anyone anywhere across the globe. if you are using SMS to send check with your operator for the charges.
