Hello, everyone!

This is Sam Lee and Peter Han the creators of " Snailmap New York."

As you already may know, New York is the center of the world's economy.

Furthermore, it is also known to be a city with great artistic values.

When one witnesses the beautiful view of Times Square from

the Brooklyn Bridge, they certainly will be struck with everlasting admiration.

However, the unfortunate events of September 11, 2001, the lives of many people were darkened.

Many New Yorkers became homeless and families were devastated.

In our own way of giving hope to these people, we thought of the "Map of Hope" in

May 2003.

We were able to share happiness with many people, especially seeing the smiles from the children.
