How it works:

Locate a venue or store on your smart phone. Once found either whilst in the venue/store, on your way to a venue/store, or from anywhere if ordering to be delivered to your home from, browse the menu or product list, select food and drinks or products, hit collect at counter, enter your table number (where table service is available) or insert a delivery address and place the order.

The system sends the order. The order is brought to your table (where applicable), or you collect it from the counter or its delivered to your home, you receive a messages during each step of the process.
