【免費健康App】ACT2: Control-APP點子

ACT: Control is the second of a series of six apps designed to improve your quality of life through exercises based on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Hayes, Steven C., Kirk D. Strosahl, & Kelly G. Wilson (2003). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: An Experiential Approach to Behavior Change. The Guilford Press). The apps are grounded in science and can make positive and enduring changes in your life. Whether you are looking to improve your work-life balance, your relationship with stress, or struggles with your mood, these apps will help you take a practical and straightforward approach to wellness. This second app, ACT: Control, is designed to help you evaluate your own attempts to control your thoughts, memories, and emotions. Through written and audio exercises, you will begin to evaluate how effective control is for you and identify the different ways that you may try to avoid. These apps are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical advice and we encourage you to seek these out if they are needed. These apps may, however, serve as a helpful addition to therapy.** NOTE: A new update has been submitted that fixes a problem where some people were having trouble playing the video on the iPad. Thanks!
