As the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States, The Amateur Softball Association of America, ( ASA SOFTBALL, USA SOFTBALL ), produces an ASA Rulebook, referenced here as the “Umpire eRulebook” which includes its ASA Playing Rules, ASA Rules Supplement, and ASA Umpire Manual. This ASA Rulebook contains 210 pages covering all of the playing rules in the 2014 Official Rules of Softball publication.
