Take Alive-PD with you on your phone!The Alive-PD iPhone app allows participants of the Alive-PD diabetes prevention program to set their weekly goals, report on the success of previously selected goals, and to set weekly reminders to work on activity goals.The app works in conjunction with an Alive-PD user's web program. After downloading and installing the app, use the email address and password you use for the web program to sync your web program with your phone app. You only need log in once to the phone app; after your first log in your phone and web programs will remain in sync.
