Permissions requirements explained

• INTERNET to access JIRA servers out there

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to determine whether app should access network to get data, based on settings (if on WiFi, Roaming)

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to store downloaded items on device

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to initialize background periodic sync upon device boot
