Control App for BMR 2100 XL2BMRControl is a dedicated app specifically designed to work with Swiss Therapeutic Training Products LLC's BMR technology. The app provides the timing and frequency framework for specific stimulation "Exercises" to facilitate the maximum utilization of Swiss TTP's BMR technology.In addition, BMRControl may also wirelessly control specific models of Swiss TTP's product line, such as the BMR 2100 XL2 and previous version if retrofitted by Swiss TTP with the wireless control technology. This control includes setting the desired frequency and controlling the timing for the user.BMRControl provides specific "Exercises" for each muscle group, from warmup, through stimulation and cool-down. These "Exercises", ranging from 15 to 120 seconds in length, are also collected into "Routines" of several minutes that comprise all three steps of stimulation for specific muscles.Finally, "Routines" are grouped into "Programs" that cover general body regions and take up to 45 minutes to complete. BMRControl provides clear and simple countdown timers that indicate the time remaining for each step of stimulation and allows the users to customize the time and frequency on the fly to adjust their session. BMRControl can now optionally provide iSpeech® Audio Hints for each exercise so that you can get the most out of your session. Set this option in the Settings App and select your favorite playback voice at that time too!BMRControl now allows you to listen to your favorite music or podcast during your session. If you are using iSpeech™ Audio Hints, BMRControl will automatically pause your music, speak the hint and then resume your music.BMRControl logs all machine use so that you or your therapist can review your use of the BMR technology.BMRControl allows you to create custom multi-step "Routines" built around your individual needs and access them whenever you wish.BMRControl is a dedicated app that is only of value if you have access to Swiss TTP's BMR technology.
