Here is an application aimed at those who are into keeping fit and healthy, or those that are willing to make a change in their lifestyle!
This application has a number of features that could prove useful to those mentioned above.
Features include:
1. Calorie Calculator - This feature asks the user to input a few details about themselves, and returns to them a rough estimate on the number of calories they should consume to achieve a certain goal. This feature also records the height and weight the user inputs, allowing them to view the progress they have made.
2. Weekly Planner - This feature gives the user an opportunity to plan their week with regards to meals and training routines. The planner is split into two halves, the user can select their exercise planner, or meal planner individually, for any specific day in the week.
3. Exercises - Provides the user with weekly workout routines, numerous exercise demonstrations, and exercise information.
4. General Information - This section provides users with information on nutrition, body types, exercise types, disclaimers, and brief information about the application.
This application was created as a third year Computer Science project at University of Wales, Swansea.
