By keeping its eye on the name of the cellular network the phone is connected to. If the name is not as expected then the app reconnects to the network and then sleeps for a few minutes.
* Runs as a service - even when the phone is locked
* The app only affects your cellular connection - your Wi-Fi will never be interrupted
* You may enable or disable your mobile data (3G) - the app will still work
