This application facilitates Medical Insurance Companies who wish to refer a patient to the Mediserve Ireland Ltd out-of-hours Doctor on Duty Service. Referrals may be made in one of two ways:(i) directly to the Call Centre via telephone or (ii) via an on-line form which allows the Insurance Company representative to e-mail the Insurance Company details along with the Patient details to a 24/7 monitored e-mail address.
