You must establish a Legacy Friends and Family Prepaid Account at www.legacyinmate.com/prepaid/ prior to scheduling and conducting a video visit with an incarcerated individual.

All video visits must be schedule 48 hours in advance and you must have funds in your prepaid account to participate in a video visit.
