The Mandelbrot Set is a set of points that do not trend towards infinity when run through the formula "z = z² + c". The number of iterations it takes before the point is determined to not be in the Mandelbrot Set, however, can be represented by different colours, and the border with the Set itself is infinitely complex, resulting in some beautiful imagery.

This app lets you explore the Mandelbrot Set through simple pinch-and-zoom and panning operations. Use the colour-swatch button to switch to different colour palettes, and the reset button to zoom back to the original position.
