In May 2000 Bose Dania became introduced to the world of Mental Health.
At the height of her career as a professional dancer Bose Dania had a break down, where she was diagnosed as Bipolar. Bose wanted to show even though with her diagnosis she could still live a normal life.
Bose went onto do several years voluntary work in the area of mental health
and in November 2007 went on to have her baby son who has become her inspiration to keeping well.
Today Bose is determined to live her life in the most positive way she can,
this journey of her experiences Past and Present can be seen in her writings.
