PR Wall is an app for tracking your CrossFit workouts, exercises and your body metrics all in one place.
It has a number of features that allow you to quickly find your PRs(Personal Records), your results, your body metrics and to keep track of your progress.
The app has tools available that are designed specifically for your CrossFitter needs (i.e. timers, calculators, counters, converters, etc…).
It does all the thinking and bookkeeping for you so you can focus on CrossFit. You just add your results and it figures out your best times, weights, and rounds and it displays them on your PR Wall.
The app comes with many of the most common CrossFit workouts and exercises for you. The workouts are fully described. The exercises have videos and pictures with CrossFit trainers illustrating technique and motion.
You can create your own workouts or exercises in a matter of seconds. Add your result to them and done! Spend less time keeping track of your WODs and more time doing workouts.
The app supports not only Metric (meters, kilos...) and Imperial (miles, pounds...) systems but also classic CrossFit units such as Pood (kettlebells...). You are not restricted to using Metric or Imperial solely for your results. You can use both unit systems at the same time. You can change the unit of a Workout, Exercise and Body Metric individually.
You can add pictures and videos of your workouts and exercises so you don’t have to ever type them in!
Add pictures and videos also to your workout results or to your body metric measurements so you can see yourself doing the workout, or how you looked when you took that body measurement.
And best of all, it keeps track of your pukies and your hand rips!
