Pet Ponderosa is a full service pet spa owned and operated by Nancy and Regis Jackson. The property/facility has been a kennel since 1965; the Jacksons purchased the kennel in 2003 and changed the name to Pet Ponderosa Resorts and Spas, Inc.

Nancy and Regis live on the premises with their two sons, five dogs and one bird to ensure a safe and secure environment. They are originally from Cleveland, Ohio and have lived in the Washington area for over 10 years. They both have owned pets all of their lives and have always wanted to own and operate a pet resort.
