"Picture Album" is a very simple live picture wallpaper app. that uses photos from the phone to display in the background of the phone at certain intervals.

In the Settings choose images you wish to rotate in the background as well as at what frequency the images should change.

At the Settings "Picture Album" will traverse the file structure and based on findings display thumbnail preview(s) of the images found on the phone. User can then make selection as to what images to use in the rotation and at what frequency.

This is a free app that does NOT send Your private data for data mining over the wire although there is a probability ~25% that the image of the developer in a funky suit will show as tribute for time spent coding :), depending on the feedback this might be removed in future releases.
