Rooted Recovery’s mobile application is revolutionizing the recovery and treatment process with real-time access to clinical support and treatment—whenever and wherever you need it.Your Rooted Recovery Tools Include: • Behavior Mapper and Triggers Tracker: You can report and get help coping with eating disorder behaviors and urges as they are happening. This will allow us to intervene earlier and will also allow your treatment team to better understand how to help you break free from these behaviours. • Coping Coach: You can request an appointment or message your Recovery Guide (clinical mentor). You can select and commit to one of your weekly individualized coping skills and/or goals. You can also see your history of coping skill and goal use so that you know which ones you’re focusing on more, when, and why. • Reminders: You can create mindfulness, meal, snack or any kind of reminder your heart desires. • Hunger and Satiety Tracking: You can log and track your hunger and satiety levels prior to and after meals and snacks. • Daily Diary: Here you can connect to more positive aspects of your day- and you can email this to yourself or your providers. • Nutrition Log: This allows you to log your dietary intake for meals and snacks- you can email this to yourself or your providers.Currently, the Recovery Guide application is only available for Rooted Recovery members.
