This application was designed to allow community members of Scott Herman Fitness to be able to access their fitness routines on the go while at the gym or on the road. It will also allow them to keep track of their meal plan and put together exercise routines while in the gym by utilizing all the videos from the Scott Herman Fitness YouTube channel and also be able to save them as favorites for specific work-out routines.

Note: This app is a work-in-progress and you should expect more and more features introduced within the coming days. Our main focus is to get the SHF community and the world to be healthy and stay healthy. Feel free to send us comments and features you'd like to see in this app and we'll try to accommodate all of your request. At SHF what matter's most is YOU.
