SMS Kitting is an application developed by Conceptual Systems as a part of our Mobile Suite for the Scrap Yard & Recycling Industry. SMS Kitting requires & interfaces with our PC Mobile Device Server to create SMS Outbound Tickets. SMS Kitting Provides Real Time Inventory Reporting of Pre-Weighted Kits available for Immediate shipment. SMS Kitting improves overall Inventory Management of SKU'd Kits of material allowing you to pre-weigh product inventory as it is prepared into the form of bales, galords & pallets prior to shipment. The prepared Kits can then assigned into loads quickly with by scanning a Kit's BarCode without the need to re-weigh. The Shipping Feature tracks the available gross capacity of each container as each Kit is loaded. Loaded Containers are then sent via the PC Mobile Device Server to create an SMS Outbound Ticket ready to be approved for shipping. When shipping is completed the Kits are removed from Inventory.

This application has the ability to interface with a long range bluetooth scanner to scan kits from a distance upto 40' - no need to step off the forklift, and no paperwork required!
