If your server is a female, an appropriate gender-based deduction is applied to your final tip amount, reflecting the lower percentage in wages that women experience according to the U.S. Census.We believe that Toothpick will help ordinary people have a better understanding of what it's like to work as a woman in this country, and will compel them to participate in our campaign to bring awareness to the fact that women are not recognized in the Constitution as having equal rights as men.
