Enter all or part of the postcode, place name, county to start search. It uses the powerful Nestoria search engine which in turn search the listings from many of the leading online property search engines ie. Rightmove, Zoopla, Findaproperty and many others.

Filter results can be displayed on price, number of rooms, property type, rent, buy or share, as well as a list of keywords ie. balcony, cellar and many many more.

You can sort the listings by price, number of rooms or default - which is highest ranked properties.

You will then see a list of search results, there are 50 results per page, and as many pages as there are results. so whichever way you prefer to search you will always recieve the maximum number of results per search.

You can then if you wish save the search results to the favorites page so you can come back to it quickly at a later date.

From here you can also see Average Rent or Purchase prices in the given area categorised by size of property (number of bedrooms)

Once you select a property you will be able to see brief details of the property and a photo. Scroll right to see a map of where the property is including a satellite view if required.

*you can then also see a map pinpointing crimes taken in the local area, and the overall crime levels of the surrounding constabulary taken from offical UK police database.(available in England & Wales only)

You can then scroll right again to see the browser which will show you the property on the lister page (eg Rightmove). If you wish you can also enlarge the page so that you can see the lister's details in full screen without leaving the application.

You can then add the property to a list of favorites which can be accessed from the front page. You can also send details by Email or SMS.
