With the popularity of smart phones, Li Ka Shing Foundation, together with the Centre on Behavioral Health, the University of Hong Kong, jointly develop the "Hospicehome" mobile phone application that allows patients and their family members to record daily changes in physical and mental well-being, and to share with others their ups and downs in the hospice journey. Also, we hope to raise public awareness of the development of hospice care in Hong Kong, and to provide more support and care to the patients, family members and health care professionals.News 「最新消息」- provides news related to hospice and palliative care, bereavement care, life and death education.The 10 Hospice Centres「寧養中心」- contains information on the 10 hospicecentres established under the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Li Ka ShingFoundation “Heart of Gold” Hong Kong Hospice Service Program.
